ROLE IN PROJECT MILE
die Berater Unternehmensberatungs GmbH is the Austrian MILE project partner. We are responsible for the implementation and dissemination of the project in Austria. The main project activities are implemented at the Innsbruck branch of die Berater.
We ensure engagement of receiving companies, select employers and match them with migrants, performing competence assessment and soft skills development; deliver technical training and support migrants in getting access to work. To achieve sustainable impact, we network and cooperate with integration and labour market stakeholders.
