MILE RESEARCH RESULTS ARE OUT NOW

VOICES OF EUROPEAN  EMPLOYERS: CHALLENGES AND BENEFITS OF THE INCLUSIONOF MIGRANTS IN THE LABOUR MARKET The research was performed in 4 different EU countries. We used qualitative and quantitative methods, collecting 131 questionnaires and 41 guided interviews. In addition, we performed a Desk Research on labor market trends. Meeting with employers in Athens

In Athens, on the 15th of July 2019, stakeholders met to discuss the preliminary results of the MILE Research with employers as well as the employers’ and training needs for the integration of migrants in the labour market. MILE Local Workshops with migrants and refugees have started! The aim of our local workshops is to reach migrants and refugees and involve them in our project’s future activities. But also, start thinking about labour integration and strategies for active job hunting (including guidance on local services and vocation as well). ……..a MILE ahead!
