CHALLENGES AND BENEFITS OF THE INCLUSION
OF MIGRANTS IN THE LABOUR MARKET
The research was performed in 4 different EU countries. We used qualitative and quantitative methods, collecting 131 questionnaires and 41 guided interviews. In addition, we performed a Desk Research on labor market trends. Furthermore, main areas of our analysis comprised challenges for migrant workers, occupational profiles needed and employers needs in diversity management.
